What's New in the 2024 Audi Lineup: Features and Pricing

Audi has introduced several notable updates to its US lineup for the 2024 model year. All 2024 SUVs come with adaptive cruise control, or as Audi calls it, "adaptive cruise assist" (ACA). An optional feature called predictive cruise control allows the system to automatically adjust to changing speed limits. Now let's dive into the changes in each model line for 2024.

In 2024, the Audi A3 received various updates. The model now features an 18-inch wheel in the black optic sport package, and the Convenience package offers home link functionality. The S3 can boast a Carbon Atlas internal insert instead of the Spectrum aluminum one. Fine Nappa leather seats are now a custom option on Premium Plus and Prestige trim levels. The RS 3 showcases a new matte Carbon Atlas insert, and the accent stitching on the RS Design Package has been changed from green to red.

The starting price for the A3 lineup is around $35,400, according to Edmunds (plus a $1,195 destination charge), while the RS 3 starts at $62,795. At the same time, you can buy a 2018 Audi A3 in Indianapolis for about $17,000. 

Moving on to the 2024 A4 and A5 models, we can see that they now come standard with Audi Active Lane Assist, ACC, Parking Assist Plus, and a heated steering wheel that detects when the driver's hands are on it. Remote start via the myAudi app is available on all A4 40 and A5 40 models except the base trims. Models with navigation receive traffic sign recognition and an ACC predictive system. Exterior color changes include Arkona White and Progressive Red Metallic shades.

The A4 40 starts at $42,295, the S4 at $63,895, and the A5 at $48,795 for both the A5 Coupe S Line 45 and A5 Sportback 40. The RS 5 Coupe starts at $79,695. The 5-6-year-old Audi models will cost you $23,000 - 26,000.

The A6 has been updated with refreshed styling, including a redesigned grille and diffuser. Standard features now include Matrix LED headlights, and the options range has been expanded with four new wheels and two new interior inserts. The A7 showcases a new honeycomb grille and introduces five new wheel designs.

Premium Plus and Prestige trims can boast LED interior lighting. The Convenience package offers a new display for the adaptive cruise control system, while the Executive package adds dual-pane acoustic glass and traffic sign recognition.

The A6 starts at $54,395. The RS 6 Avant is currently available only in the US in a more powerful Performance version starting at $126,895. The A7 starts at $72,295.

The Audi Q3 now includes ACC as standard equipment, and HomeLink is available as part of the Convenience Package. A wireless charging pad has become a Q3 additional feature. The starting price for an all-new Q3 is $38,095, while a used one in good condition will cost you around $23,000.

The battery-electric 2024 Q4 E-Tron compact crossover features new steering column paddle shifters to adjust the level of brake regeneration. ACC with lane indicator is now a standard feature, and Home Link has been added as an option in the Convenience Package.

The starting price for the E-Tron Q4 40 is $50,995.

The top-selling Audi Q5 now comes standard with a heated steering wheel with hand motion detection and active lane assist. The Black Optic package for the Q5 40 Premium Plus and Prestige models includes roof rails and black exterior trim. Additionally, the Q5 45 features standard sport seats and taupe birch wood inserts. The top-tier model's Black Optic trim enhances the changes with black Audi rings and model badging, high-gloss front spoiler, black exterior trim, red brake calipers, air intakes and rear diffuser, and black roof rails. Prestige trims also offer dark headlight trim and a black headliner.

Arkona White has taken the place of Ibis White as an exterior paint choice for the 2024 Q5.

The starting price for the 2024 Audi Q5 is $44,795. If you opt for a three-year-old model, you can save up to half the cost.

The new Q7 model comes with adaptive cruise control and remote start. Multi-color LED interior lighting is included in Premium Plus and Prestige trims. The Executive package adds traffic sign recognition. The Audi Q7 55 Prestige offers the new-to-the-U.S. S Line sport package, with S Line and Black Optic exterior options, 21-inch five-spoke blade design wheels, and various interior upgrades.

The 2024 Q7 price starts at $60,695 for the 45Q model and $91,595 for the SQ7. At the same time, used Audi Q7 models remain in a more modest price range - $29,000 - $37,000.

The E-Tron GT, a four-door battery-electric model from Audi brand, in the 2024 lineup, includes Power Steering Plus, illuminated door sills, and LED Interior Lighting Plus as standard features. The Prestige trim also features Dinamica headlights and HD Matrix LED headlights.

The Audi E-Tron GT is priced starting at $107,495, while the RS E-Tron GT starts at $148,595.

While prices keep growing, the depreciation of Audi models is still high. After three years of operation, any model of a German manufacturer remains reliable and luxurious but can lose more than 30% of its initial cost.
