Kevin is very professional and polite. Even though I ended up finding a different vehicle at a lower price than what his dealership would match or could match. Kevin was very professional and polite and properly consistent in following up and seeing if there was anything else that we needed. Kevin has managed to find that delicate balance between following up with a customer in a professional manner.
