  4. Writing Assignment: Candidates are given a writing assignment to evaluate their alignment with our company values.
  5. Reference Check: References provided by the candidate are contacted for additional insights.
  6. Job Offer: Successful candidates receive a job offer to join our team.
  7. Background Check: A background check is conducted to ensure suitability for employment.
  8. Orientation Day: Upon acceptance, new hires attend an orientation day to familiarize themselves with our company and culture.
