GM forced to halt Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra truck production due to chip shortage.

In case you missed it the news that will impact availability of new trucks in Indianapolis, Indiana and other states across USA ā€“ GM forced to halt most large pickup truck production due to chip shortage. Ford truck aficionados are probably happy that there will be not much Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups for sale in the near future.

Toyota closed few plants as well.
